Keep wounds clean and protected, and ensure your dressings stay put for as long as they need to.
Non-linting, generously sized, and sensitive, but with powerful antibacterial properties, these alcohol-free wipes are a standard part of healthcare or first aid kits.
What are our alcohol-free cleaning wipes made with?
Our wipes' alcohol-free solution is made of 0.2% cetrimide and 0.02% chlorhexidine gluconate. Cetrimide is an antiseptic composed of quaternary ammonium, and chlorhexidine gluconate is an antiseptic and antibacterial agent used in various disinfecting products, including mouthwash.

Alcohol-Free Cleansing Wipes: Uses
Skin Preparation
The main use of our wipes is to prepare the skin for the application of a dressing. Our wipes gently remove dirt and oils from the skin, optimising it for applying an adhesive dressing.
Our wipes are also useful for general cleaning around a wound, although they should not be used to clean broken skin directly.
Devices
Our alcohol-free wipes can help to disinfect and clean various non-invasive devices. Some of our customers use them to clean hearing aids so that they don't irritate delicate ear skin when used afterwards.
Alcohol-free wipes can also be used to clean electronics for a perfect, smudge-free finish.
First Aid Kits
Ours are some of the best alcohol-free cleansing wipes for first aid kits. The individually wrapped sachets can be slotted into your first aid kit and take up virtually no room at all. The foil packaging means our wipes have a long shelf life and don't dry out easily.
Kids
Our alcohol-free wipes are ideal for use on young skin, which is more sensitive than adult skin. Thanks to their gentle composition, these wipes won't sting if they come into contact with cuts and grazes, so there won't be any tears.
Alcohol wipes are generally not recommended for pediatric use, so healthcare facilities and schools should keep a supply of alcohol-free alternatives in stock.
DIY
Gardening, home improvements, crafts, and many other hobbies can result in wounds or simply a build-up of dirt and grime. Our customers find our wipes handy when they need to access a clean disinfectant for the skin quickly.
Travel
Compact and individually wrapped, these wipes are excellent portable disinfection items. Pop them into a handbag, suitcase, or coat pocket for easy access to disinfection on the go.
Don't use these wipes on broken skin. Do not let the wipes come into contact with your eyes or mouth, and rinse with clean water if they do. If any irritation persists, contact your GP.
